Izwe’s Comprehensive Customer Service Network:

We have an extensive service footprint and a widespread grassroots distribution network with both urban and rural reach.

Our customer service representatives are also available to customers on demand through our call centre.

Operating entities:

Izwe Africa Group has 23 branches and 22 satellite offices across Ghana, Kenya and Zambia, with a combined sales force of over 1 000 representatives. These operate out of over an additional 25 sales offices in the countries.

We have a solid reach and are perfectly positioned for growth and expansion on all frontiers. Although we are a business of many branches and offices, operating across several borders, we are one African company executing against a defined strategy. All our divisions are founded on the same overarching set of values and practices, no matter where we operate.

We see each country as unique and customise our services to equip our people to make a meaningful difference in each country. We service our operational countries with experienced teams of local professionals and stakeholders, so that our people on the ground can leverage their deep insight and customer understanding in such diverse markets.
